Working on a guide which describes the different species of fish in the Pilcomayo and contains information about their ecology.
Work involves searching for available information in books and articles as well as fieldwork (catching, photographing and
observing fish). To determine it's position in the foodweb samples of some fish will be analysed for carbon and nitrogen
isotopes.
In co-operation with department of Aquatic Ecology & Environmental Biology.
Especially suited for biology students who are doing their Bachelor thesis.
